According to reports received by Jinamedia, several individuals, including an educator and a medical professional, have been detained and moved to undisclosed locations.

Recent Detentions and Disappearances:

• Hajar Ebrahimi (24): A resident of Oshnavieh (Shno), Mr. Ebrahimi was arbitrarily arrested by security forces. His current whereabouts and the charges against him remain unknown.
• Dr. Reza Khasi: On Saturday, February 7, 2026, Dr. Khasi, a resident of Malekshahi in Ilam Province, was taken into custody. Family members have expressed deep concern as authorities have provided no information regarding his place of detention.
• Khalil Esmaeili: On Tuesday, February 3, 2026, Mr. Esmaeili, from the town of Lumar in Ilam Province, was arrested and transferred to an unknown facility.
• Mehdi Namizadeh: On Friday, February 6, 2026, security forces detained Mr. Namizadeh, another resident of Ilam Province.
• Boroumand Azamipour: On Sunday, February 1, 2026, Mr. Azamipour, a resident of Kermanshah Province, was arrested. He is a recognized historian and a formal employee of the Ministry of Education.

Pattern of Arbitrary Arrests

These arrests follow a concerning pattern of "enforced disappearances" where detainees are held without access to legal counsel or communication with their families. In most cases, the arrests were carried out without a formal judicial warrant.
